Welcome to 13L Game. By registering, accessing, or playing any game on our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be a legal resident of India and physically present in a state where skill‑based online gaming is permitted. Residents of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim are not allowed to play for real money.
• You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information (name, mobile number, etc.).
• One person may create only one account. Multiple accounts will be banned and winnings forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Game Rules & Fair Play

• 13L Game is a skill‑based game. Outcomes depend on the player’s skill, strategy, and decision‑making.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots, or unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any game, tournament, or promotion without prior notice.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

• New users receive a ₹500 welcome bonus upon registration and first login. Terms apply (e.g., minimum withdrawal, wagering requirements).
• Bonuses are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering conditions are met.
• We may withdraw any bonus if we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits are processed through secure third‑party payment gateways. Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly shown.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours (usually instant).
• KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar) is mandatory before processing any withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to reverse winnings if there was a technical error or fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform – including game design, graphics, logos, text, and software – is owned by 13L Game or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 13L Game and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or create a security risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if withdrawal conditions are not met.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
